Leisure at Wensum Valley Hotel
Our Health, Leisure and Swimming Club has lots to offer members and hotel guests. With free gym programmes to kick-start your fitness training programme. Take advantage of our free classes, gym programmes, gym inductions and many other services that we can offer our members and hotel guests.
Our gym staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are available to offer you help and advice on your gym, fitness and swimming needs. They can organise free individual gym training programmes and also offer swimming lessons (at an extra charge).
We have three Multi-Tone Tables that give you positive inch loss in those hard to hit areas.
The Leisure centre features an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna/steam room and spa pool.
